Audio Programs: Audio programs are not refundable. We will exhange defective CDs and audio tapes. Contact Customer Service if you have experienced a problem with downloading a program.
Class Registrations: Fully refundable prior to start of the class or workshop. You may choose to have your payment credited for future class participation or we will issue a refund.
Memberships: Non-refundable.
Natural Supplements, Homeopathic Remedies. Upon return of unused portion, we will issue a refund or credit your account for future purchases based on your preference.
